David Stern offers comprehensive construction claims analysis and support of litigation based on more than 30 years experience in the industry as supervisor and owner of a general contracting company. During that time, he has provided Expert Witness services in more than 100 cases over 17 years. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Princeton University and has been a licensed Civil Engineer and General Contractor since 1980.
