David A. Stern, P.E. has completed over 100 real estate and construction litigation cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, throughout California. A wide range of cases including Construction Defects, Contract Disputes, Accidents and Jobsite Injuries. He has 39 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. He has been a licensed general contractor and Civil Engineer in California since 1980, and has headed Westec Construction, Inc. since 1984. Click for full Curriculum Vitae.

David is a 1976 graduate in Civil Engineering, cum laude, from Princeton University. He started in construction as a field superintendent with Turner Construction, and has been in the real estate and construction industry since that time. 

He continues to offer litigation support, project management, as well as teach real estate and construction at UCLA Extension and Cal State. He has published several papers on construction and construction management, and developed and built four hotels in China prior to the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
